IPO due diligence

IPO DDs are specific to OSE:

An independendt financial and legal DD is required for the benefit of OSE
OSE has a well established practice for an IPO DD's content
The IPO DD report is presented to Oslo Børs in a DD meeting.
The report is formatted to the meeting, and include normally 10-15 pages.

Mandate of financial IPO DD include;

GAAP compliance
Market cap and equity levels
12 months of free liquidity available
Management's competence and integrity
Internal control and general suitability
Ability to comply with continuing reporting
Planned investments must be funded
