IPO due diligence

PO DDs are specific to OSE:

An independendt financial and legal DD is required for the benefit of OSE
OSE has a well established practice for an IPO DD's content
Admission criterias are key elements, and the report is presented to the OSE
The report is formatted for it's specific purpose, and differs from and M&A DD

Mandate of financial IPO DD include;

GAAP compliance
Market cap and equity levels
12 months of free liquidity available
Management's competence and integrity
Internal control and general suitability
Ability to comply with continuing reporting
Planned investments must be funded
