Pre-IPO process – how we can help

IPO due diligence
Oslo Stock Exchange require an independent financial due diligence to be performed as a part of the listing process. We have experience from over 20 IPO processes, and can perform a due diligence as required by OSE. 

We have recently performed and IPO DD in relation to the successful listing of Gentian Diagnostics ASA on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
